This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, and disclose Personal Data from visitors to our Website, and your choices and rights regarding your Personal Data.

SPX Purpose League, Powered by 17 Sport ("SPX Purpose League", "we", "our", or "us"), is a program, event platform, and community operated by SponsorshipX Marketing Inc. and delivered in collaboration with 17 Sport.

SponsorshipX Marketing Inc. is responsible for personal information collected through SPX Purpose League and has designated a Privacy Officer responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Identity Data – first name, last name, username or similar identifier, password, title, company and position, country of residence, resume or CV

SPX Purpose League, Powered by 17 Sport, is operated by SponsorshipX Marketing Inc., a Canadian company, and delivered in collaboration with 17 Sport, an international organization.

Personal information collected through SPX Purpose League may be processed in Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions where SponsorshipX Marketing Inc., 17 Sport, or their approved service providers operate.

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of these jurisdictions, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring that appropriate safeguards are implemented, to the extent required by the applicable Privacy Laws.
