In late 2025, SponsorshipX (SPX) and 17 Sport launched the SPX Purpose League powered by 17 Sport, a global community bringing together brands, agencies, and rights holders to redefine how sponsorship delivers engagement, impact, and long-term value.
Built on the belief that purpose is not a trend but the foundation of sustainable success, the Purpose League exists to help the industry move beyond transactional models and explore how partnerships can build resilience, strengthen trust, and drive meaningful performance.
17 Sport was founded with one belief: sport has the power to move people and move the world forward. Co-founders Neill Duffy and Fabien Paget built 17 Sport to help brands, rights holders, athletes, and investors unlock that power, growing commercial performance while driving social and environmental progress.

Marco Di Buono
Marco joined Jumpstart in 2015 and brings 15 years of leadership in charitable giving, scientific research, and fund development. He holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto and has a history of advocating for the health and well-being of children and youth.
