Samantha’s leadership roots run deep. From shaping global brand strategy at Starbucks and Nestlé to designing purpose-driven programs as Head of Program Development at Fifteen Seconds and Program Director at THNK, she has spent her career helping organizations move from insight to impact. Her dynamic session on High-Performing Teams remains a masterclass in team building and human-centred leadership.
She’s also no stranger to the frontier of learning. At THNK School of Creative Leadership as a Program Director and faculty member, she works with global changemakers to challenge convention and create meaningful systems change.
Almost at the finish line of completing her Doctorate in Business Administration at Durham University and Emlyon, focused on leadership in action, Samantha brings a research-backed lens to every conversation. Her journey also includes an Executive Master's of Change from INSEAD and deep expertise in executive coaching, innovation, and organizational design.
