Waterworks, Where Changemakers Gather
The SponsorshipX Changemakers Summit is about creating conversations that spark movements. So when it came time to choose a home for our Toronto gathering this November, we wanted more than four walls and a stage. We wanted a venue with its own story, energy, and invitation to connect.
We’re excited to announce that Waterworks Food Hall will be our hub for content, meals, registration, business development, and collaboration.
If you haven’t stepped into this space, prepare to be inspired. Tucked into a restored heritage building on Brant Street, Waterworks feels like Toronto at its best, with historic bones and a modern heartbeat. Think exposed brick, towering ceilings, steel beams, and light flooding across 55,000 square feet. It’s the venue where creativity flows naturally, conversations stretch a little longer, and the room seems to push you forward.
And then there’s the food. With more than a dozen vendors, from steaming bowls of ramen to chef-driven tacos, artisanal sandwiches, global flavours, and indulgent desserts, the Food Hall is built for communal meals that turn strangers into collaborators. Add in bars, patios, and even a hidden courtyard, and you’ve got the perfect backdrop for building relationships beyond the Summit.
The SponsorshipX experience has always been about more than the sessions on stage. It’s about what happens between panels over coffee, during lunch, or in the buzz of a busy lounge. At Waterworks, every square foot is designed to make those moments possible. This is where you’ll bump into the partner you’ve been hoping to meet. Where a casual chat turns into a new project. Where ideas get tested in real time, not just scribbled into a notebook.
So when we gather this fall, we won’t just talk about change. We’ll live it together in a space built for collaboration.
Welcome to Waterworks. Welcome to the next chapter of SponsorshipX.
