Q - I know it's March, but is there any chance I can still buy a pass for the February price of $ 995??

Q - Do you have any updates on speakers and topics? I want to understand better what I am going to learn.
A- We know our founder Mark Harrison, will speak, but you already knew that! Excitedly we are almost entirely confirmed with our speakers. We can tell you that we have Leaders & Visionaries from some major brands and properties and fantastic talents who will change your perspectives on work forever. Our panels are also taking shape, and one we are excited to share will be discussing the Next Generation of Passionate Sports Fans. We will share the lineup soon of great contributors coming from as far away as Germany and as close as Pemberton.
Q- Do you have a host hotel yet? I haven't been able to sign up as my manager wants to know all the costs involved.

Q- You mentioned venues; where will the conference be held?
A- This is part of the magic of SposorshipX Whistler; we don't stick you in a meeting room but take full advantage of the entire resort. We have recently contracted some fantastic local venues and will share them with you over the next few weeks. They will include the dramatic Squamish Ll'Wat Community Centre, Whistler Olympic Plaza, Crankworx Activation Zone, Peak 2 Peak Gondolas and the Maury Young Arts Centre. Look at the map of Whistler for a sense of the village's layout.
A - You should plan to get to Whistler by mid-afternoon on July 27 and then leave the morning of July 30. Our opening events begin on the evening of the 27th and end late on the 29th. Some guests will do breakfast on July 30, but last year, many guests rolled out of bed and down the mountain.
Q - How many people are you expecting?
A - Last year, we had sixty amazing souls; it was a great size for everyone to get to know one another. We have been planning this year's event for seventy-five to ninety people, as we want you to build lifelong relationships. SponsorshipX Whistler is not a trade show.
Q- Do you have any discounts for March?
A - Umm, yes. It is called our March Madness package! For $ 1995, you get a complete SPX Whistler Xperience pass and three (3) nights hotel at an official conference hotel. See above!

A- The packages are limited. We are making this available to the first twenty people who purchase it online. The three nights will be for July 27, 28, and 29.
Q- Unreal; what hotel?
A - We confess these aren't real questions, but this offer is. We will notify you once you sign up and pay, but we can guarantee the official hotel is walkable to most of our venues.
